- If your partner was granted a visa to take part in a Short-Term Training Award, New Zealand Regional Development Scholarship or English Language Training for Officials scholarship programme, then you cannot apply for this visa.
- Dependent children cannot be included in your application. They can apply for an independent visa based on their relationship to you.
